Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026. The current version is always the one published on this page.

1. Who we are

youAmaze operates from Orlando, FL (USA) and São Paulo (Brazil). For anything related to this policy, contact danniel@youamaze.ai.

2. What we collect

When you request an AI diagnostic through our form: name, email, phone/WhatsApp (optional), company (optional), city/state (optional) and the challenge you describe. When analytics are active, the site may also record navigation and conversion events, approximate location by IP, and campaign parameters (UTM).

3. What we use it for

To reply to the request you made, communicate about it, and improve this site. We do not sell or rent personal data.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in replying to a request you initiated. For users in Brazil, the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) applies.

5. Sharing

Only with service providers strictly needed to operate this site (such as hosting and analytics). No sale, no rental, no marketing lists.

6. Retention

For as long as the business relationship lasts, or until you request deletion.

7. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, and information about how your data is used: email danniel@youamaze.ai. We reply as fast as we can, within legal deadlines.

8. Cookies & tracking

The site uses tag management and analytics (Google Tag Manager and GA4) to measure navigation and conversion. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; to have data already collected about you deleted, email danniel@youamaze.ai.

9. International transfers

youAmaze operates between the United States and Brazil. Your data may be processed or stored outside your country — for example, in hosting and communication providers based in the US. In those cases we keep the same protection standard described here, in line with Brazil's LGPD (art. 33) for Brazilian users.

10. Security

Least-privilege access, per-implementation logging, and encrypted transport (HTTPS) — security is a non-negotiable requirement in everything we build.

11. Changes
